ABOUT US
CAMPUS MINISTER
Juliana DeWeerd is the CRC Campus Minister at UNBC. Along with other chaplains of various faith and denominational backgrounds, she serves as a Christian representative within UNBC's Interfaith Spiritual Care Centre. She is a volunteer at the University's Interfaith Spiritual Care Centre and is part of its Coordinating Council as well.
Juliana is passionate about building up a community of Peace and Safety here at UNBC. Where individuals can bravely wonder and be gracious with imperfection. In such a community individuals will discover and deepen their spiritual life according their particular faith and tradition. She also enjoys seeing students grow and learn though their various disciplines and works with them in connecting faith and academia.

OUR COMMUNITY
The campus ministry is supported by the five Northern Christian Reformed Churches (Terrace, Smithers, Telkwa, Houston and Prince George) and local church partnerships. The campus ministry also partners with other Christian organizations, such as InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF).
